Christmas holiday office closure: Our phone lines, public counter service and online support will close on Tuesday 24 December at 4:30pm and re-open on Friday 3 January at 8:30am.

If you email us or register a new case online during the holidays, we'll respond to your query when we re-open in the New Year. You can still access your information on the GCCRS portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the holiday period.

We wish you a safe and happy Christmas and look forward to working with you in 2020.
