GCCRS facilitates the resolution of unresolved residential earthquake claims. The service is Crown-led with system-wide and cross-agency support.

We are homeowner focussed and coordinate with agencies involved in your insurance claim  stemming from the 2010-2011 earthquake sequence. We tailor our case-managed approach to your situation so you will always know who is doing what, and when it will happen. You will also have more visibility of your information and claim progress through our homeowner claim portal.

There is ‘no wrong door’ and no predetermined set pathway – you have choices. You can contact GCCRS for assistance with your claim regardless of its status and nature
