Once you’ve registered with GCCRS, one of our settlement support case managers will be in touch to set up an initial face-to-face meeting. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Our aim is to clearly understand where your claim is currently, where you want it to be and more importantly, what you want to achieve post settlement.
You can prepare for your meeting with your settlement support case manager by pulling together any documents you already have, and writing down the key points that are important to you so we can understand your perspective.
Please complete the following consent form, which gives GCCRS consent to access claim related files on your behalf, to assist you to resolve your claim.
