Your settlement support case manager will be available to meet you face-to-face and listen and learn about your situation. They will be your single point of contact until your claim is resolved.
There is ‘no wrong door’ to GCCRS and no set pathway, but this doesn’t mean that the process isn’t structured. It means you have choices and the final decision ultimately sits with you. We want to understand your perspective so we can help you consider your options to resolve your claim.
